Teriyaki Tofu

Looking for a new way to spice up your tofu? Look no further. This recipe is super easy and pairs well with most any dish. You can add this into stir fry’s, salads, or on the side of some fresh steamed vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 Package of Firm, or Extra Firm Tofu
Directions
1. Cut open the package of tofu and strain the water
2. Cut the block in two equal squares by slicing the knife through the block horizontally from left to right
3. Using a cloth or clean hand towel, press the water from the tofu

4. Heat a skillet to medium high

5. Add Teriyaki, Soy Sauce, & Sesame Seed Oil to the pan

6. Once hot, chop the tofu into chunks and stir fry flipping often until all the sauce is absorbed and the tofu has crisp edges
